Hotel Policy

Cancellation & No-Show Policy:

Philly Pet Hotel requires at least 7 days notice to cancel all non-holiday reservations.  Failure to provide 7 days notice will result in a $50 charge to your credit card.  Reservations made within 7 days of the desired check-in date require a $50 non-refundable deposit.  Philly Pet Hotel will charge your credit card $200 if you no-show for a boarding reservation.

Check-in / Check-out Policy:

Check-ins are only accepted during normal business hours up to 1 hour before closing.

Monday - Friday  6AM - 6PM
Saturday  7AM - 4PM
Sunday 9AM - 3PM

Check-out time is by close of business each day, but can be extended until midnight with the addition of a one time $25 fee and advance payment.

Credit Card Policy:

The pet hotel requires a credit card with a minimum available credit of $500 to be kept on file to be used to pay for medical care, cancellation, and no-show fees.

Food Policy:  

Philly Pet Hotel requires all dry food to be pre-packaged by serving size and will impose a $25 fee per occurrence for non-compliance.  

Holiday Deposits & Check-Out:

Philly Pet Hotel requires a $100 non-refundable deposit to book reservations over all major holidays to include:  New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Easter,  Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.  Philly Pet Hotel offers a holiday check-out service for a one time fee of $50 and requires prepayment in advance.  Please alert your concierge when making the reservation or at check-in. 

Liability & Personal Property Policy:

Philly Pet Hotel will not be held liable for any accidental injury or disease communication and the hotel will not provide any services to any guest whose owner refuses to sign our client contract.  Please read our client contract thoroughly and seek legal counsel if you do not understand our client contract.  Furthermore, all clients must accept the potential risks associated with dog and human interaction and interaction between dogs which could result in property damage or bodily injury.

Although the hotel makes every effort to return personal property at check-out, the hotel will not take financial responsibility for any lost or damaged items belonging to your pet.  

Medication Policy:

Management must approve all reservations that include medication, and we reserve the right to refuse service to any guest that, in our professional opinion requires medical boarding.   

When packing medication for your baby, please be able to provide our concierge team with complete drug names, dosage, and prescribing vet information should any issues arise during your dog or cat's stay.  Medication must be packed separately from food as it is our hotel policy to hand deliver all medication.  

Philly Pet Hotel will not administer injectable medication during a daycare day or boarding stay

Multiple Pet Boarding Policy:

Philly Pet Hotel will not be held liable for accidental injury resulting from boarding multiple dogs or cats in the same accommodation.  Only guests that live under the same roof 24/7/365 without restriction may occupy a room together.  In order to ensure the safety of its guests, the Pet Hotel reserves the right to make changes to room assignments or split reservations.  Please let the concierge team know at check-in if your babies need to be separated during feeding time.  

Tour Times:

Philly Pet Hotel gladly welcomes all new or existing clients to tour our facility anytime during business hours.  Please be advised that during peak times, hotel staff may ask you to wait while we provide all incoming and outgoing clients our undivided attention. 

Two Night Minimum Stay Requirements:

Philly Pet Hotel has a two night minimum stay requirement over all major holidays listed in the deposit section of our price menu.  Philly Pet Hotel also requires a two night minimum stay over weekends during our peak season.  This applies to all reservations beginning May 1st through October 31st with a check-in date of either Friday or Saturday. 

Vaccination Requirements:

All canine kids must be current on Rabies, Distemper & Bordetella (every 6 months).  The hotel will not waive the vaccination requirements for any guest even if a letter from your Veterinarian can be provided.   Philly Pet Hotel will refuse service to any client that is unable to provide proof of Rabies prior to check-in.  All Health & Rabies Certificates must include the following information:  name of vaccine, lot number, date of administration, a detailed description of your dog or cat, and the name, address, telephone number, license number, and signature of the Veterinarian who administered the Rabies vaccine.   Cats are required to be current on Rabies and Distemper (FVRCP) to meet state requirements. 

Veterinary Visit Policy:

Philly Pet Hotel is unable to facilitate any routine, follow-up, or non-emergency vet visit for your pet while in our care.
